Wedding Fever

As the Wedding season gets well and truly underway - Choccie Bar has been busy creating in the Choccie Bar Studio.

"We're finding that as we work creatively with our brides, weddings are getting ever more exciting and unusual," says owner Katie Jones.

"Each commission we take on is unique and lends a new and highly personal element to the look andfeel of the wedding, which of course to makes it memorable for everyone involved." she adds.

And it's not simply wedding favours that are getting the attention - some brides are using wedding sculptures to provide an eye catching home for chocolates for the evening guests as a recent bride illustrated with a bluebell themed sculpture which held 150 salted caramels in its edible stems and bells.

Brides are also mindful that it's quite often after the big day that they can really treat their loved ones and they are tending to personalise chocolate gifts which can be eaten after the excitment is over and the tastebuds are relaxed and operative once again!
